It's that time of year again - awards season is upon us!

Applications for the South West Contact Centre Awards 2014 are now open, giving you the chance to tell us why your Contact Centre and people are the best in the South West! This glamorous evening of awards allows you to give something back to your hardworking frontline staff members by recognising and rewarding their skills.

Last year’s coveted ceremony took on a colourful salsa theme and was hosted by Mock the Week’s Milton Jones. More than 300 guests joined us in celebrating the Contact Centre Industry and those who work hard to improve and maintain its high standard of customer service.

Not only are the awards a huge celebration, they are also a fantastic tool to benchmark your company against other leading Contact Centres meaning you can always keep one step ahead whilst motivating your staff through indulging in some light hearted, healthy competition! The ceremony never fails to draw out the passion each team member has for its company!

SWCCF Managing Director, Jane Thomas, said “The SWCCF Annual Awards are the showcase event for Contact Centres in the South West, providing a wonderful opportunity for all operations to recognise the great work that their staff provides their customers throughout the year.”

Entrants are open to all companies employing more than five people within a Contact Centre based in the South West of England. They are impartially judged by the Welsh Contact Centre Forum team members, as well as other industry experts and have been recognised as a distinguished award since 2009.

There are fifteen categories open for entry ranging from sales agent of the year to people development of the year, meaning members across a broad spectrum of your team are recognised for their skills and dedication.

The application closes on the 3rd April so don’t waste any time! For more information visit our awards section: http://www.swccf.co.uk/Awards/How_to_Enter/ where you will find all the information you need as well as examples of previous entries.

If you are a supplier to Contact Centres and want to reach businesses worth £600 million to the South West economy, take a look at our sponsorship section for some fantastic opportunities to become part of our event and raise awareness of your company to this vibrant industry.
