The South West Contact Centre Forum (SWWCF) is an industry led initiative which supports the call and contact centre sector in the South West.
Established in 2008, the SWCCF covers one of the largest regions in the UK, which includes Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Plymouth and Exeter, home to over 250 centres employing approximately 52,000 people.
The initiative has brought together public and private sector contact centres, academics, support organisations and government agencies to share good practice, help professionalise the sector and ultimately achieve excellence.

The SWCCF focuses on raising the bar for retaining, gaining and developing all aspects of the sector which includes recruitment, retention, training and skills as well as ensuring the South West remains an economically sustainable location for contact centres.
Our achievements centre on our Quarterly Employer Forums, which offer contact centre professionals the opportunity to source information and share ideas. These events have turned SWCCF into an excellent networking organisation which highlights key issues within the industry and shares best practice. We also deliver a programme of specialist events on current issues within both the public and private sector.
