The Contact Centre Manager’s Forum is a new quarterly meeting for contact centre managers from across the region to discuss shared challenges, issues and best practice.
Our objective:
To discuss real business issues with other Managers in the South West Contact Centre industry.
Discover what others in the industry are doing – learn new approaches – discuss hot topics – network with peers and colleagues. Topics will be determined by the group and suggestions are welcome.
