‘Public sector professionals around the table sharing best practice’
The Public Sector Forum is a new quarterly meeting for contact centre professionals from the public sector who are based across the SW to discuss shared challenges, issues and best practice.
Our objective:
To discuss real business issues with other Public Sector contact centre professionals in the South West Contact Centre industry.
Discover what others in the industry are doing – learn new approaches – discuss hot topics – network with peers and colleagues. The format of the first meeting will be “open floor” in order to establish the remit of the group and key topical issues for exploration.
The next meeting will be held on 16 March 2012 and hosted by North Somerset Council/Agilisys.
