The Team Leader’s Forum is a new quarterly meeting for contact centre professionals from across the region to discuss shared challenges, issues and best practice.

Our objective:

To share experiences and network with other Team Leaders in the South West Contact Centre industry.

Discover what others in the industry are doing – learn new approaches – discuss hot topics – network with peers and colleagues. Topics will be determined by the team and suggestions are welcome.
