‘Training professionals around the table sharing best practice’

The South West Trainer’s Forum is a new quarterly meeting for contact centre professionals who are responsible for training and development to discuss shared challenges, issues and best practice.

Our objective:

To share best practice and inform the wider membership of training initiatives. Share experiences & network with other managers in the industry.

The SW Trainer’s Forum is an ideal opportunity to discover what others in the industry are doing – learn new approaches – discuss hot topics – network with peers and colleagues.

Dates for 2012:

• 7 June 2012, hosted by Screwfix
• 4 October 2012, Hotel du Vin, Bristol
• 29 November 2012, hosted by South Glos Council
