The 4th Annual Awards – Celebrating the best of the South West!
Organised by the South West Contact Centre Forum, the South West Contact Centre Awards cover one of the largest regions in the UK, including Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Taunton, Torbay, Plymouth and Exeter, home to approximately 250 contact centres and employing some 52,000 people.
They are open to call/contact centres, IT help desks, training departments and any inbound or outbound customer communication network that employs more than five people. There are 14 categories and companies are invited to submit up to three entries per category. Initiatives must have been carried out within a South West-based contact centre during 2011 and up to March 2012.
